ABSTRACT
Starting from the explanation of the wooden language concept, the study at hand tackles the
translation into practice of the proletarian doctrine, by analyzing Nicolae Ceausescu’s speech in
front of the Executive Committee of the Romanian Communist Party, on the 6th of July 1971. Its
complete name was Proposals of measures for the improvement of the ideological-political activity,
of Marxist-Leninist education for the party members and for all the working class. The key-concept
of this whole discourse is the youth. The before mentioned must be inoculated with the only
available doctrine, the Marxist-Leninist one, the doctrine of perfect principles. As a consequence of

modality to arrest the ontological predisposition of the human being, beyond stereotypes, worn-out
and rigid formulas, towards communication.
Key words: cultural communication, wooden language, political manipulation, stereotype
